The owners of Site Remediation Inc initiated their environmental cleanup operations to provide hydrocarbon spill abatement, ground water pollution abatement and contaminant mitigation. The demand of corporate governance, water consumers and a harsh climate initially exceeded regulatory pressures.

Government requirements quickly became the leading motivator for efficient remediation technologies, even beyond our -40 deg C. to + 40 deg C. site conditions. Site Remediation Inc's skimmers were quickly adopted by regulators, engineers and contractors as the first line of defense against subsurface fuel spills and leaks.

Site Remediation Inc was formed to provide site cleanup services and equipment, focusing upon hydrocarbon storage tanks and contaminated real estate transactions. Hydrocarbon skimmers have been our product specialty since 1985. We have unique expertise in the application of membranes for separation of fuel and groundwater.

Brownfield real estate transaction support continues to be our service specialty. After completing hundreds of contaminated site cleanups and the sale of thousands of skimmers, Site Remediation Inc now concentrates upon its passive skimmer offerings, and brownfield real estate support.

Skimmers are supported by a dealer network of knowledgeable specialists in Canada, USA, Mexico, Australasia and Europe. Brownfield redevelopment support is conducted from home base in London, Ontario, Canada.

Research currently includes the use of our membranes to enhance gaseous transfer of CO2 from and into water. Brownfields research includes developing more efficient assurance instruments for lenders, regulators, buyers and sellers.
